We still have one more week in Fablehaven after this week, but I would like us to choose a new novel so that we will all have time to locate the book. Like last time, we will do this as a "first come first serve" process. If you have an idea of a book for us to read together, please post it under this comment. For now, please just list one book so that everyone will have an opportunity to list a book that they are interested in. We will go down the list and read the books together. Again, if there is a book that you are not interested in, you can wait until the next novel, but I encourage you to try all of the readings. You may be pleasantly surprised.

This week we are going to take a big jump considering that everyone is getting the reading done quickly and are anxious to read on. If you are having any problems in getting this week's reading done, let me know.

This novel looks like it may be a little easier and quicker to read than The Christmas Carol was, so for this week we will read the first three chapters of Fablehaven and see how it goes. If it is too much for this week, we will decrease the reading for next week.

I originally said that we will start our new novel on the 4th, but I will give you a break and an extra week to locate the next novel. We will start Fablehaven by Brandon Mull on January 11th.
